In accordance with the law, "Uzbek geological exploration" JSC considers the principles of social partnership to improve the quality and efficiency of production, strengthen labor discipline, guarantee the rights of employees in labor relations, the benefits of duties, socio-economic protection of workers. in order to conclude a collective agreement for 2022-2024. This collective agreement includes production and economic activity, employment contract and employment guarantees, working hours and rest time, wages, guaranteed payments and compensation payments, labor discipline, social insurance, social benefits and guarantees, additional benefits for women and youth. and the trade union committee considers it its primary duty and responsibility to monitor the observance of the terms of this collective agreement.

In order to provide systematic rest to employees, a contract was signed with the "Chatkal" sanatorium, which restored the health of 60 employees a month.

In order to provide summer recreation for the children of employees, a contract has been signed with the children's health resorts "Chatkal" in Bostanlyk district, "Istiqlol Gunchalari" in Kitob district, "Chorchinor" in Urgut district, and currently 180 children are on vacation. By the end of the season, 600 children are scheduled to rest.
